I can see clearly now........  Reply with quote

that after looking at your blogs sites that you are a cool soulful mom and spouse with a good soulmate named Fred. ......and a cool dog.

concerning dealing with Elise and her being diabetic, she is living in the right time. Yep, it's takes a lot of work, focus, and faith (based or otherwise). i think she can have such a cool "the world is wide" life.

My sis in law, who has been diabetic all her life, is living proof. she is one of my heroes. she is living a full life and and very married to my brother with a son who just graduated from college.

at day's end if you buy into the human experience, it becomes a matter of connection and commitment to others. Family, friends, community, flower buds, earth, and dogs named after numbers.

your bud who believes in these people.

ps. trying to get back on the thread. ha. piggy is the one who tipped me about the kc streams. like most of you, we are mates who have never met. that's not an obstacle for me.

Thanks Joe!  Reply with quote

That's so sweet of you to say. Fred and I are just doing the best with what we were given. Luckily we are blessed with one AMAZING daughter (the consensus among the band was that she's absolutely adorable - yes, have to agree with them there!)

Wish you could have made it to KC, Joe. There was a spot in the audience with your name on it.

Hi ya Joanne, just checked out some of your blog - some very cool words, pics, etc. Little Elise is such a darling Very Happy Prayers are with her and you two wonderful parents with that nasty diabetes - hoping for a cure soon!
Glad you got to see the lads and Elise I am sure planned the whole thing by not going to sleep and got her way Laughing Good for her and glad you all enjoyed your time at the festival. Yes shame Joe couldn't make it. He does festivals well and people's rooms with beer too Wink
Glad to hear Joe your sis has done so well - encouraging words for Jo and Fred for sure.
God bless
Luv from C xo
